Leadership Pain

There is no soul living that does not feel pain but as long as you are living there is hope. To experience a breakthrough you have to go through the birth of pain. There is no delivery without pain.
We are partakers of Christ's suffering.
The work of the Lord is not painless. It is not a strange thing to feel pain doing God's work. There is always a glory ahead of suffering.
You have to go through stress to gain promotion. Delivery is a process that must be completed regardless of the pain. In ministry when you are trying to give up, you are dying.

I pray that you overcome the situation of pain with success.

In your season of pain, be happy that you are a partaker because there is always time for joy. The affliction you are going through is temporal. Don't see it as a strange thing, it is common to man.

Don't be ashamed of experiencing pain doing God's work.
2 Cor 11:22-33

Don't give up no matter the intensity of the pain, ENDURE IT.
As a leader, Headship is Hardship.
Proverbs 17:3
When you are going through pain, God is trying your heart. The period of trial is usually painful but when you pass the test, there is a reward for you. Jeremiah 17:10, James 1:2-3
There are virtues produced during testing times. When you remain strong in temptations and trials, it is a proof of the genuineness of your faith.

The testing of your faith produces endurance.

CAUSES OF PAIN
1) Lack of knowledge of God's plan and deviation from His plan. Esther 1:12-20
➖ Every form of distortion of God's plan would bring pain.
2)The leadership role you are playing. If you are not hurting you are not leading.
3) Carrying the burden of the people you lead.
4) If you are a lazy leader you inflict and multiply the obstacles in your life.
5) The experiences you go through.

HOW TO HANDLE YOUR PAIN
