The pastoral office is important in the heart of God. The pastoral office is a very noble and highly esteemed office in the sight of God. God Himself gifts pastors to His people and would not condone their irresponsibility.
Ezekiel 34:1-10
God comes against pastors when they don't keep to their mandate and the assignment that is designated to them.
God demands accountability from pastors.
Pastors should set up systems that make people under them accountable.
If a Pastor continues to be irresponsible, God would cause him to cease from doing ministry. (He would flush him out of ministry). God would deliver the flock out of their selfish tendencies.

ROLES OF PASTORS
1. Feed the flock with knowledge and understanding.
2. Visit the flock.
3. Pastors must seek the lost and backslidden. (Ezekiel 34:16).
4. Bind up the broken hearted. (Ezekiel 34:16).
5. Strengthen and heal the sick. (Ezekiel 34:16).
6. Watch over the flock. Watch over them in prayers
7. Settle disputes. (Deuteronomy 21:5)
8. Pronounce blessings over them. (Deuteronomy 21:5)
9. Minister to God. (Deuteronomy 21:5)
10. Be an example to the flock. (1 Peter 5:2-3)

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DO YOUR JOB?
You receive a crown of glory that will never fail. ( 1peter 5:4). The office of a pastor is a tough job but God is tougher than the job.

PRAYERS/DECLARATIONS
1. The wind of divine change will come upon you.
2. This land will answer to you and the Lord will cause your ministry to flourish.
3. The Lord will change your season of dryness to a season of fruitfulness.
4. May resources no longer be scarce in your ministry.
5. You will abide in all good things.
6. In this season of change, with the wind of change I pray that you will harvest outstanding signs and
miracles.
7. Lord, in this season of change, double the anointing upon the lives of your people.
8. I pray that none of these ones will be replaced.

Every church needs partnership to remain strong. A strong church requires strong partnership.

WHAT PARTNERSHIP IN THE GOSPEL ENTAILS
1. Partnership in the Gospel makes the gospel go further.
2. Partnership in the Gospel makes the gospel stronger.
3. Partnership in the Gospel amplifies the gospel being preached.
4. It makes the gospel faster.

CHARACTERISTICS OF PARTNERSHIP
1. Partnership can be very powerful. Eccl 4:9-12
- In partnership we can help each other to succeed.
2. Partnership is a source of strength to the gospel. Exodus 17: 8-15
- When your leaders are weak, partnership strengthens them. Luke 10:1,17-20
- Partnership can be very rewarding. Luke 5:1-10
3. Partnership can help bring you under protective cover. Genesis 14:8-16

TYPES OF PARTNERSHIPS
1. Partnership with God. Philippians 1:2, 2:1,13
2. Partnership in prayers. 2 Thess 3:1-2
3. Partnership with one another together. 1 Cor 3:6
4. Partnership in unity. Phillipians 1:27-28
5. Financial Partners. Luke 8:1-3

Note: If Jesus our Lord and Saviour needed financial partners to succeed in ministry, you do too.

➖ Partnership changes the narrative of ministry.
➖ Your corporate partnership and signature is needed to propel the gospel further. Romans 15:22-29
➖ Partnership is not optional but a demand from God.
➖ It is your responsibility and duty to partner materially and financially with those that impact you
spiritually.
➖ To experience the fullness of your blessing, you must walk in partnership with God.

When Jesus comes into town everything changes. When heaven invades the earth, the devil runs out of  business. Jesus is described as the Change Maker.
DECLARATION: Jesus is in the house and because Jesus is in the house, change has come.
Jesus came with some miracles, healing and blessings to change your life.
Jesus is in the house with mercy, with gladness, blessings, whatever you need that is good, Jesus is with it in the house.

When Jesus in the house He comes with the best.
DECLARATION: The best is here for me.
When Jesus comes, He comes with honour. When Jesus comes He comes with glory and honour.

I declare, the shame you have endured for long is buried now in the name of Jesus.
Because the resurrection and life is in the house, everything that is dead around you comes alive now.
Jesus is here with a double portion of your blessing, the shame you are carrying is buried tonight in Jesus name.
Whatever is dead in you comes alive now in Jesus name.
Grace upon grace, favour upon favour, is seated close to you.
Henceforth, favour is upon you in Jesus name.
The answer you are looking for has come in Jesus name.
Jesus is in the house and He has come with your blessing. Because of you he is attending to the case of your brother, sister and other family members.
Because Jesus in the house your eyes would open to see clearly. Your eyes will be opened, you will see Jesus.
The demons that are following you, the demons troubling you, be it ancestral spirit, their end has come. Your situation will not remain the same
Jesus is the author and finisher of your change.

➖ Jesus is in the house but you have to seize the moment to experience the fullness of change.

Your change is standing in front of you. You are face to face with the change standing right in front of you. Your change is standing right beside you, your breakthrough is standing right beside you, change has come in Jesus name.
Your ministry breakthrough has come.

➖ Jesus is the one who changes things but does not change. Jesus is turning your night season into a new season.

PRAYER:
➖ Tonight my story will change.
➖ Whoever is sitting on the throne of my change let the fire of God dissolve them in the Name of Jesus.
➖ God will exchange whoever said my change won't come with downfall. God will put them in the
position they are trying to put me. Everyone that said my change won't come, they will fall, God will bring my change. My change has come in Jesus name.
➖ Whatever chains are on me, fall off. Sickness, poverty fall off. (You never lose out following God).
➖ I receive my all round change now in the name of Jesus.
