Heavenly Father, I thank you for bringing me this far . I know you will lead me to my green pastures.
I declare in faith, everything about my life will change for the best. Everything about my family, my
business, my career because you are my shepherd will go from glory to glory.
I will go from grace to greater grace.
I will go from victory to victory because the Lord is my portion in the Land of the living.
I will not lack for provision.
I will not lack for protection.
I will not lack for guidance.
I declare in faith, doors of progress are opened for me in 2023.
My level must change. I declare I will increase in favor with man and with God. Because the Lord is my
sufficiency, I will enjoy abundance of good things.
God will give me rest from my adversaries, because the Lord defends me, His name is a strong tower, No
evil will touch me . God will shield me from the wickedness of the wicked.
The name of the Lord is my hiding place, I will not be a victim of the wickedness of the wicked. No
weapon fashioned against me will prosper.
No weapon of kidnappers , of bandit's, of terrorists will touch me or members of my family.
In the name of Jesus who owns the future, I speak to 2023, lift up your head's oh ye Gates, lift up your
head's oh ye Gates let the angels of God usher me into my season of " GLORIOUS CHANGE "
I declare, because I have room in the heart of God, God will make room for me in 2023.

Lift up your hands and say!
Room for progress!
Room for honor!
Room for peace!
Room for uninterrupted Joy!
God will make room for me .
By f aith , I step into my season of "GLORIOUS CHANGE" in the name of Jesus.

One lesson you must learn from a fool is to avoid his ways.

WHEN SHOULD WE INITIATE CHANGE AS LEADERS
1. When you are always failing to achieve your goals.
2. When you notice a settlement mentality.
3. When there is a lack of drive and complacency steps in.
4. When the church plateus or when the church declines.
5. When productivity declines or fatigue sets in.
6. When team members need to be challenged to maximize their potential.
7. When there is much activity but little accomplishment.
8. When there is motion but not movement.

Three THINGS THAT WILL AFFECT YOUR FUTURE
1. The places you go to.
2. The people you meet.
3. The books you read.

THINGS YOU NEED TO CHANGE
1. Change Job description and the assignment of some people.
2. Change strategies and change plan.
3. Change location. Don't labour on hard ground.
4. Change structures.
5. Change your skills; self development.
6. Change your level of commitment.

7. Change your mode of communication.
8. You may need to change people; recruit people.
9. Change you mode of worship.
10. Change your mentors or instructors.

HOW DO YOU INITIATE CHANGES
1. Spend time in praying. Spend time talking to God.
2. Expect resistance.
◾ People who are tied to yesterday's answers, don't have a future.
◾ Anyone resisting change is resisting progress.
3. Learn to differentiate the assignment God gave to you and the strategy used to achieve it.
4. Who do you focus on? Is it the people you want to reach or the people you want to keep?
◾ The loudest voices are not the most important voices.
5. Be bold and decisive.
◾ Leaders who are bold overcome the fear of the unknown.
◾ Anybody who wants growth must learn to welcome changes.

THE 4 TYPES OF PEOPLE
1. The Early Adaptors (usually 10%).
2. The Early Majority (30%)
3. The Quiet Majority (50 %)
4. The Opponents (10%)
Those who oppose change are not in the majority, and they are not speaking for the majority. And oftentimes, they do not have a better idea.

FIVE TYPES OF PEOPLE THAT WE NEED IN OUR MINISTRY
We need men and women who are assets to the Kingdom of God. Behind every able man there are
other able men. No able man stands alone. Because if you do ministry alone you would get worn out.
➖ The number one(1) is too small a number to achieve anything of significance.

➖ Great burden bearers makes ministry great.
➖ Great vision calls for Great burden bearers.
➖ Those who are not burden bearers often become a burden to the church.
➖ While some are busy for God, others are just busy bodies.
➖ Title holders are plenty but burden bearers are few.
➖ If you surround yourself with people who are not seeing what you are seeing, after a while they
would want you to start seeing what they are seeing.

1. PARTNERS: Luke 10:2
Partners are asset (people who see the church as theirs and bear the burden).
➖ A partner is someone who identifies with you and carries you in his heart.
Philippians 1:7
➖ If you have someone in your heart, your treasure will be there.
➖ Partners help to carry the vision of the work of ministry in their heart. Colossians 4:18, Philipians 4:3
➖ You can't toil for anything if your heart is not there.
➖ The blessing of the gospel and the burden of the gospel must go together. Philippians 4:15-17
➖ The work of the ministry involves give and take.
➖ Never do ministry to impress people. If you are not ready to serve please, check out.

2. THOSE WHOSE GIFTS DO NOT AFFECT THEIR LOYALTY. People graced and talented but submit to the
leading of God

➖ Some people are talented but they are not usable nor valuable because they are not submissive.
➖ There is no democracy in the body of Christ.
➖ In God's kingdom there is permission for just one order, God's authority.
➖ The values of God are not open for debates. Samuel 23:8, 1 Chronicles 11:10.
➖ Don't let personal ambition drive you. Rather, the purpose and instructions of God should be your
driver.

3. PEOPLE WHO WILL MAKE UP FOR MY DEFICIENCIES AND WEAKNESSES
➖ What you have does not make you better than me, it makes you different from me. It means what
you have, I need and what I have you also need.
➖ Don't use your strength to ridicule anyone because everyone has their area of strength.
DECLARATION: I refuse to be intimidated by anybody because of their strength.
➖ Don't use your strength to intimidate anyone rather use it to encourage people. Exodus 17:13
➖ The success of a team is far more important than the success of the individual.

4. THOSE WHO WILL CATCH THE SPIRIT OF THE COMMISSION
For you to be effective at working in a ministry, you need to bond with the core values of that ministry.
Philippians 3:17
Some people are confused in ministry because they are looking and trying to imitate too many people.
People live by different standards. Follow what was modelled for you by who God placed in charge of
you.

5. HARVEST HANDS - These are people that work. Harvest hands bring the increase, harvest hands are
not idle but are proactive in their work.

PRAYER: Lord make me a harvest hand in Your Kingdom

When God comes down or appears in a place, things must shift.
The man representing God can do anything God can do. So, don't despise any instrument God brings to you. This is because anyone used by God is a carrier of answers.

Don't let little things distract you. If little things distract you how can you achieve bigger things?

TO EXPERIENCE CHANGE:
1. Believe and receive the message of God from His minister.
2. Catch a vision of your new season.
3. Confront the task master that doesn't want you to experience the change.
◾The Christianity that will produce result is a Christianity of confrontation.
◾Use the message that God has brought to confront the present challenge.
◾You cannot take expression in life unless you take it by force.
◾ If you sleep on your knees you would allow the devil to oppress you.
4. What you settle for is what will settle with you.
5. You rising is Satan's falling.

THREE THINGS GOD WILL NEVER DO FOR YOU:
1. God will not do what He says He will not do.
2. God will not do what He has already done.
3. God will not do what He has asked you to do.

◾ When change comes you have as much as you insist on having.
◾ Don't be a gentle Christian.
◾ What you dont confront you would not conquer.

◾ If God gives you a promise, it brings certainty to the future .
◾ You will have as little as your satisfied with.
◾ What you settle for is what will settle you.
◾ The fact that God is silent does not mean He is not working.
